WICHITA, Kan. — Senior Myles Copeland, a four year starter for Collegiate offensively and defensively, has decided to continue his football career into college.
He has been looked at by many Division II schools including: Missouri Western, Northwest Missouri, Colorado School of Mines, Missouri S and T and Drake University. He is still keeping his options open outside of these schools as well.
Copeland made first team on all league offensively and defensively both his junior and senior year as offensive lineman and linebacker. In his four years starting, Collegiate’s record was 40-6.
Copeland has been playing football since fifth grade. He is most proud of Collegiate’s State Championship win his sophomore year.
It will all come down to the academics when he has to make his final decision. He has visited Drake and Missouri S and T. Copeland was very impressed with Drake.
